Perfect Summer Cake
I wouldn’t change a thing in this coconut flour orange cake recipe (click here). My only complaint, if you can call it that, was the frosting kept liquefying. I guess it was just too hot in my apartment. This didn’t alter its taste, though. It was still light, fresh and oh-so-yummy. It was perfect!
Even though I call this the perfect summer cake, I see myself making this all year round.
