Mushroom Pork Chops
I didn’t always like mushrooms. Now, for the life of me, I can’t remember why because they’re just about the yummiest things that nature ever produced. Its earthiness, its texture, its scent — sheer ambrosia. Combine it with pork chops and you’ll have one of my favorite dishes. Just pan-fry some pork chops seasoned with salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder and simmer in mushroom soup for about an hour or until pork is tender (click here for the mushroom soup recipe but substitute coconut flour for all purpose flour).
Enjoy!
