Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank

Found some lamb shanks on sale and so I decided to make some braised lamb shanks (click here for the recipe). This dish is so great because it just keeps getting better the more you heat and reheat it.

Ingredients: lamb shanks, salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, garlic, red wine, 28oz can of whole peeled tomatoes with juice, 1 1/4 cup chicken stock, 1 1/4 cup veal stock, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme
