Silver Dollars for Breakfast
I like the contrast of salty and sweet so my favorite brunch meals usually include salty bacon with yummy pancakes/waffles/crepe. But now that I’ve gone primal, I can’t have regular flour so I made it my mission to collect delicious, primal-friendly brunch recipes.
Here’s trial by fire #15: Elana’s Pantry’s gluten-free silver dollar pancakes (click here for the recipe). As much as I enjoyed these pancakes, I found them a bit too dense for my taste. I’m still searching for ones that are lighter and fluffier. I may try making some using coconut flour next time. Be on the look out for it!
